Exceptional Rarity, Pewter CSA Belt Plate on it’s original belt. Fewer than five examples are known that exist on their original belts. Attributed to the manufacturer “Noble Brothers Foundry“ in Rome, Georgia, this example is authentic and correct in every regard, including surviving on it’s original belt. This pattern buckle was produced in very limited quantities, as surviving examples are seldom encountered. Similiar example observed in “Confederate Belt Buckles and Plates” by Steve E. Mullinax Expanded Edition, Plate 112, Page 67. This rare example is in a perfect state of original preservation, void of any restorations or repairs.
